The battle for health is now in the arena of lifestyle diseases. These are the maladies that are now robbing us of our energy, disabling us prematurely, and killing us slowly. The good news is that greater vitality, better health and longer life can be ours through regular, brisk physical activity.
As we eat food there are times when indigestion can resut from some mistake or ignorant act. It is therefore very important to know from where the issue stemmed. As we know, there are ineffeciencies that can result from this discomfort, so it good to be able to handle it promptly.
